Details of West Exe School’s complaints procedure can be located here. This complies with Section 29 of the Education Act 2002. This also articulates the way in which West Exe School handles complaints from parents of children with special educational needs (SEN) and the support that the school provides. It is a policy which has been adopted by all Ted Wragg Trust schools.
