Student reports will be issued three times during the academic year, upon completion of each cycle. They will be sent electronically to parents at the end of each cycle.  We will no longer be sending hard copies of reports home by post or via students.  Therefore, it is vital we have an up to date email address and mobile telephone number for every parent/carer.

Expected Route

This is based on Key Stage 2 prior attainment using the average scaled score (parental guidance).

A Department for Education (DfE) model is used to generate an expected GCSE grade for the end of Year 11.

Expected Progress

This compares the Expected Route to each subject Route.  This is reported as:  Above, Expected or Below.

Predicted grade

This is a prediction for the end of Year 11.

GCSE grades 9-1

Vocational grades

Level 2 (approx. GCSE 9-5)

D*2   = Distinction *

D2      = Distinction

M2     = Merit

P2      = Pass

Level 1 (approx. GCSE 4-1)

D1      = Distinction

M1     = Merit

P1      = Pass

Target
