West Exe students are celebrating a record breaking set of results, after an incredibly rigorous series of GCSE exams. Almost a quarter of all entries achieved a top 9 – 7 (A*- A) grade. Early indications are that the headline progress 8 measure has again increased, having already been Above Average in 2018.
Tim Rutherford “We are not only extremely proud of our students for these best ever results, but also for what this fantastic group of young people contributed to our community during their time at West Exe. Over 250 student leaders have laid the foundations for even greater opportunities and success for future generations of West Exe students.
We are proud of their achievements and are excited to see how they use their excellent qualifications and the wider skills they have developed whilst at West Exe. Many have signed up to be part of our inspirational alumni and we look forward to sharing their future successes.”
